First Haircut

Lucas got his first haircut today from Grandma Kay. His hair was starting to get really shaggy on the sides but now he looks like a handsome little boy. He did pretty good and we ended the experience with a smile. Grandma Kay did good too, no tears were shed :)

Well, Dale Jr. didn't win the big race on Sunday, but Lucas and I were dressed to support him.

Library Trip

It was nice this weekend so we made our first trip with Lucas to the Central Library in Evansville. He's really into his books right now and I think Carrie and I are totally bored of the ones that we own. I think Lucas had a good time.

Superbowl

When Carrie and I were in Las Vegas this Summer my father and I decided to put a few dollars down on some long shots to win the Superbow before the season started.. We put $10 each on the Cardinals, the 49ers and the Titans all long shots before the season started. So needless to say we were hoping for a Kurt Warner victory on Sunday but it still was an exciting game. Those 60 to 1 odds would have paid off very nice. But oh well...
