Party Outside

Noah had his First Communion today. We went to his party and as my pictures illustrate Lucas had a great time. He is so full of energy right now. He never stops and when he is outside he is in heaven. He played so hard at the party that he fell asleep riding the tricycle. What a trooper!!

"911 what's your emergency"

This is a quick post. No new pictures but I've got a great story to share.

Lucas was with Grandma Eileen and Grandpa Jim this week. He was walking around playing with their phone and Grandpa Jim was saying "You should watch him playing with that phone or he might accidentally dial 911." What do you know.... A few minutes later the home phone got a call from Posey County Dispatch checking to see if anyone was okay. Grandma Eileen said the 911 people thought it was an accident because there were abunch of numbers after the 911.

Oooops.

Milestones

This weekend Lucas turned 15 months old. He has started using some two syllable words (uh-oh, no no, outside). He is also starting to call people by name, Pap means Grandpa. Lucas is loving being outside and playing with rocks, bubbles, and his new toys. He has also started climbing up on things. He is loving being with Adam especially when Adam plays with him :)

Adam turned one month old this weekend. He is a great baby. He rarely cries and is very

patient with his brother pouncing on him. We weighed him last week and he is over 9 pounds. When he is awake he very bright eyed and alert. He loves laying on the floor, kicking and grunting and tummy time. He is the loudest baby I've ever been around. He is constantly grunting and cooing and talking.

Happy Easter!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend! We went to service on Good Friday and then came home and colored eggs. Then Grandma Eileen and Grandpa Jim came over after supper for a visit.

On Saturday, we went to the Knight's Home Easter Egg Hunt. Lucas got 3 eggs and really enjoyed his sucker afterward. That afternoon Lindsey came over to visit and meet Adam, and Aunt Dena, Aunt Amber and Uncle Nathan brought Easter treats to the boys, too.

Sunday we played with the stuff the Easter Bunny brought and went to mass at Resurrection with Grandma Kay and Grandpa Tony. After lunch and naps we went over to the Rudolphs for a lamb dinner and Easter egg hunt. Lucas had a wonderful time with his family and friends and Adam enjoyed many snuggly naps!! Check out the slide show for more pics.

Nice Weekend

We had a really nice weekend with the boys. Lucas and Adam are getting along great. Lucas is helping more and more and showing more affection to Adam. This weekend he gave Adam several hugs and kisses without any prompting from Mommy and Daddy and he wants to be lying right next to Adam when he's in his boppy. He has even started helping me burp Adam, which is a chore, because the boy just refuses to burp.

BURP!!

We went out with both boys for the first time on Saturday night. Andy cooked for the Clabber league steak dinner so Grandma Kay helped me get the boys dressed and to the Knight's home. Our first family outing was successful and enjoyable, especially thanks to our helping hands :)

Adam is starting to sleep better and has become of a fan of the superman sleeping position that Lucas liked so much. He enjoys sleeping outside as well, which allowed us to take Lucas out to play since the weather was so nice on Saturday. Lucas just can't get enough time in his wagon. I just look at the boys and think I couldn't be any luckier to have two such great kids.
