Happy Birthday Daddy!!

Today is Andy's birthday. We are headed to St. Louis to eat at Niche, one of Andy's favorite restaurants. The boys are staying with Grandma Eileen and Grandpa Jim so that Daddy can sleep in as long as he wants tomorrow. Lucas and I made cupcakes to celebrate Daddy's birthday with his boys on Friday. All day Lucas kept singing Happy Birthday! He helped Daddy blow out the candles and Adam watched with awe. Lucas loved helping make the cupcakes but only wanted to eat ice cream, which is his favorite treat. We are very blessed to have such a great Daddy and husband, so Happy Birthday, Andy!

Birthday Party

This past weekend we celebrated June birthday's in the Embrey Family. Isaac, Nathan, Andy, and Michael shared a "Star Wars" birthday party. I've posted slide show of the weekend filled with birthday and Father's Day celebrations. Happy Birthday boys! I didn't get a picture of Michael blowing out his candles, because Adam was "calling" me.

Happy Father's Day!

This morning I tried to get Lucas to say, Happy Father's Day. Well he said Happy a bunch today, but we never got to the Father's Day part :) Andy wanted to cook for his day, so he went to the grocery early and then came home and starting prepping his polenta, lobster ravoli, pasta with cream sauce and home made ice cream. We went to Grandpa Tony's to share all this yummy food with him on Father's Day.


We went over to Grandpa Jim's for Father's Day on Saturday and Lucas gave him a big wet one while opening gifts.

"Pasta"

Lucas has progressed to now naming the ingredients that Andy is using while he helps him cook. Here's a cute video of them making pasta. "Flour, egg, oil, salt". I hope it tastes yummy!

3 months old

It's hard to believe that Adam is already 3 months old. He is getting so big. He is almost growing out of his 0-3 month clothes. He has a bubbly, happy personality and loves to lay on the floor giggling and talking. He is sleeping very well at night only getting up once for 30 minutes to eat and he's sleeping in his Pack n' Play all night instead of with Mommy and Daddy. Adam's still being very patient with Lucas and any other little ones who like to roll on him and poke his eyes and give him slobbery kisses. He doesn't mind any of it. If Adam's eyes stay this blue, the I think he's going to be a ladies man, because it seems like any girl he flashes his big blue eyes at and smiles at is instantly in love.

Friends

Lucas and Adam got to see their friends over the weekend. They both had a great time!

Good Times

Not much exciting happened this week, but I got some good pictures of the boys. We are having such a good time with each of them now and they have a good time together. The weather was nice this weekend so we played outside and I got some good pics of Adam smiling and of Lucas and Jacob riding in his car. I also have posted a video of each of them.
