Happy Halloween!

The boys love the movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, so they picked out two characters for each of them to be for Halloween.  Fortunate for Mommy she can sew, because these were not costumes we could purchase.  Lucas was a talking pickle and Adam was a Watermelophant (a foodimal that is a cross between a watermelon and an elephant).  We did some early Trick or Treating last weekend to Grammy and Papaw's and Great Granny's.  We met Nathan, Amber, Abi, and Dena there.  Then on Halloween we went to Carrie and Brandon's and Grandma and Pap's.  Then on Friday we did our annual Oakfield Trick or Treating party with all our friends.  The boys had a blast and really liked their costumes! We had a very Happy Halloween!

Halloween Parties at School

Adam and Lucas each had a Halloween party at school.  I was able to attend both.  They each had a great time! 

Adam's class played "Make your buddy a Mummy", Pin the Nose on the Pumpkin, and a bean bag toss game.  Adam's class got to make monster pillows as their craft and they turned out great!  Then they enjoyed some nice treats!!

Lucas's class did a treasure hunt and found treats in their oven!  They played a candy relay game, pin the nose on the pumpkin and bingo.  They enjoyed a vampire doughnut, monster strawberry, and ghost banana for their treats!
