This past weekend we did our annual Memorial Day Camping trip at Harmonie State Park with our friends and family. We had a great time. Every year camping with the boys gets easier. We didn't even take any family naps, which I missed tremendously, but the boys seemed just fine without. We went on two hikes including one with Aunt Dena, Uncle Nathan, Aunt Amber, and cousin Abi.
Lucas rode his bike like crazy and started learning the real rules of riding on a road with traffic. I had to jog to keep up with our little speed demon. We only had one mishap on the bike when Adam decided he wanted to be the leader and ran right in front of Lucas. Lucas tried to stop but couldn't and before we knew we had a pile of Rudolph boys with a bike sandwiched in between. Adam's face got the brunt of the damage, and Lucas was very concerned with his brother's well being. They both learned a lesson on bike safety.
It was cool this year so we didn't have our normal trips to the swimming pool or water fights. The boys enjoyed play time on the playgrounds, games of Frisbee, Nerf guns, Hot wheels, stomp rockets, and bubbles. The boys must have been burning some energy, because it seemed like every 30 minutes they were asking to eat!
We had a great time and look forward to our next camping trip!

Spring Program
After the boys sang, a video was shown of the kids saying their name and if they could go anywhere, where would they go? Lucas answered Disney World and then went on to talk about all the great rides, hotels, activities, and on and on :) Adam answered his playground where he would play! I thought both boys had great answers.
The boys had their own little cheering section and they both said, "I have a big family" when they saw all of us in the bleachers. They are very blessed to live so close by to their family and for everyone who was able to come and for those who were not able to make it as well.
