Family Fishing Fun

On Labor Day, we decided to do a little fishing with the boys at the Blankenberger's lake.  In an hour, we had caught enough for supper and the boys were done!  Lucas showed a lot of interest in the fishing part for the first time.  Adam caught two and then found better things to do.

At the end of our fishing adventure, Lucas asked his Dad if he wanted to sit and chat to pass the time.  They talked about their day and how much fun they were having and it was sooo sweet!

Adam loves this dog, Cinnamon.  He told her he had a secret and then whispered to her for about 2 mins.  "Mom and Dad are going to get me a cat and I will bring it over when we come fishing.  You can chase it and scare.  Won't that be fun Cinnamon!  Isn't that a great secret?"
